Deep in the Heart of the Gallatin River Canyon is a stretch of river with a large boulder called House Rock. This painting is set in the Fall season with soft color and the sounds of gentle rushing water over and around boulders and brings a sense of a seasons end and winter returning. A favorite time of year for me in the canyon.
